Massage Therapy

What is Massage Therapy?

Massage therapy is a natural, hands-on approach to treating the soft tissues of the body which helps relieve stress, increases circulation and helps ease the aches and pains due to postural stress and chronic injuries. Massage therapy complements chiropractic care and functional rehabilitation exercises and is a critical part of our integrated approach.

"Dr. Craig Burns is my go to for everything. I initially started seeing him at his old practice when I was seeing another doctor for severe plantar fasciitis and when he opened the new office I followed. Over the years I've been treated for several issues with feet, back, knees, shoulder, and probably more and always found relief from treatment. Graston is my favorite modality, it really does hurt while the area is being worked on but the effects are amazing. I've had it done in other clinics from other chiropractors and massage therapists but it wasn't nearly as good or resulted in lasting relief from the others.
I highly recommend him for his knowledge and services. I never feel like I wasn't listened to or taken seriously as some doctors can make you feel. He takes the time to make sure he's using language and terminology that patients can clearly understand. He involves patients in the treatment to make sure it works for them and we actively participate in our own healing and wellbeing"

"Dr. Craig has provided me with exceptional massage therapy care for years! I have referred a number of people to him over the years, as a result. I first started seeing him for a motor vehicle injury that left me in a lot of discomfort with limited mobility. He absolutely gave me my range of motion back and great relief from the injuries I suffered.
He takes the time to listen, explain things in ways I can understand, provides exercises and stretches that aren’t intimidating and easy to do at home, truly cares for his patients and shows great empathy towards them.
Dr. Craig is a wealth of information, not just in massage therapy, but in overall health and wellness so our conversations at each session make for that much more of an impactful visit. He’s got both head and heart, which makes his level of care so exceptional. And it doesn’t hurt that he’s funny as heck! It makes the time go by pretty quickly!"
